At Sri Maha Clinic, we are committed to providing quality healthcare services including doctor consultations, lab tests, home care, travel assistance, home nursing, and more. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations are applicable for services offered on our platform.
Diagnostics / Lab Test Orders
- You may cancel a diagnostic/lab test order anytime before the sample is marked 'Sample Collected' by the third-party phlebotomist.
- If the sample collection agent arrives, you may refuse sample pickup at the location, and a refund will be initiated after deducting applicable service charges, as per our Refund Policy.
1. Scope of Refund Policy
This policy applies only to paid services, which include:
- Doctor Consultations
- Lab Tests
All other services such as Caregiver, Nursing Attendants, Nurse On-Call, Travel Assistant, Home Nursing, Emergency First Aid are not eligible for refunds, as they are either free of cost or arranged based on case-by-case requirements.
2. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
A. Lab Tests
- You may cancel a lab test anytime before the sample is collected.
- If the sample has already been collected, cancellation is not permitted.
- If you are not available during sample pickup, and the service is not rendered, you may still be eligible for a partial refund after deducting applicable service charges.
Refund Timeline: Refund will be processed within 7 business days from cancellation confirmation.
B. Doctor Consultations
- Appointments can be cancelled up to 4 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made within 4 hours of the appointment.
- In the case of technical issues or unavailability from the doctor's end, you will be eligible for a full refund or reschedule option.
Refund Timeline: Refund will be processed within 7 business days from cancellation confirmation.
3. Refund Method
Refunds will be credited back to your original mode of payment. We will notify you once your refund has been initiated. Please allow up to 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
